Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NeverDue ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

NeverDue is a personal payment tracking application that helps you manage recurring payments including EMIs, loans, subscriptions, insurance premiums, and other financial commitments. The App provides reminders, calendar views, analytics, and planning tools.

NeverDue is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor. The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or payment processing services. Always consult a qualified financial professional for financial decisions.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter into the App
• Making your actual payments on time (the App provides reminders but does not make payments)
• Maintaining backups of your data if desired (the App stores data locally on your device)
• Using the App in compliance with applicable laws

Free and Pro Tiers

The App is available in two tiers:

• Free: Core payment tracking with up to 3 active payments, reminders, calendar view, and basic analytics.
• Pro: All Free features plus unlimited payments, advanced analytics, debt planner, data export, custom reminders, and ad-free experience. Available as an annual subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing may vary by region. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds

Refund requests for Pro subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, icons, and content, is the intellectual property of NeverDue. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Calculations, reminders, and projections are provided for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverDue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, missed payments, financial losses, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App or resetting your device will permanently delete your data. We are not responsible for any data loss. We recommend using the export feature (Pro) to maintain backups of important data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
