Overview

NeverDue ("the App") is a payment tracking application developed by NeverDue ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles your information.

The short version: We don't collect, store, or transmit any of your personal or financial data. Everything stays on your device.

Data Collection

NeverDue does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

  • No account creation or sign-up is required
  • No email addresses, phone numbers, or names are collected
  • No financial data (payment amounts, due dates, loan details) leaves your device
  • No usage analytics or telemetry data is collected
  • No advertising identifiers or tracking pixels are used
  • No cookies are used (the App has no web component)

Data Storage

All data you enter into NeverDue (payments, categories, notes, preferences) is stored locally on your device using SQLite. This data is:

  • Stored only on your device's local storage
  • Never transmitted to any server or cloud service
  • Protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, biometrics)
  • Deleted entirely when you uninstall the App

Notifications

NeverDue uses local notifications to remind you of upcoming payment due dates. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

In-App Purchases

NeverDue Pro is available as an in-app subscription. Payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. Subscription management and billing inquiries should be directed to the respective app store.

Third-Party Services

The App uses RevenueCat for managing in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may process anonymized purchase data (transaction IDs, subscription status) to facilitate subscription management. No personal or financial data you enter into NeverDue is shared with RevenueCat. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Data Export

Pro users can export their data to CSV and PDF formats. Exported files are generated locally on your device and saved to a location you choose. We have no access to exported files.

Children's Privacy

NeverDue does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App does not collect information from anyone, regardless of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
